About us
Regimenta helps businesses and professionals use artificial intelligence in a way that is useful, affordable and under control. We publish practical guides and free tools on the questions that come up when AI moves from experiment to everyday work: what it costs, which tasks it suits, how to write instructions that work, how to keep people in charge of the result, and what regulation such as the EU AI Act means in practice.
Why this site exists
A lot of writing about AI is either hype or a list of tools that will be outdated next month. People who have to make decisions need something else: clear explanations of how things work, honest trade-offs, worked examples they can adapt, and checklists they can actually use. That is what we aim to provide.
The name reflects our view of AI at work. AI systems produce drafts, suggestions and decisions at a speed no team can match, but someone still has to decide what is good enough to send, publish or act on. We write for that person.

Editorial standards
- Research. Articles are based on official documentation, the text of laws and regulations, provider documentation and hands-on reasoning about how the technology behaves. We explain concepts rather than repeat marketing claims.
- No invented facts. We do not publish made-up statistics, quotes, case studies or sources. Where an article uses numbers, they are clearly labelled example calculations that you can redo with your own figures.
- Durable content, clear caveats. Model names, prices and legal timelines change quickly. We write so that the reasoning stays valid, and we tell you when you need to check current details with a provider or an official source.
- Not legal or financial advice. Articles and tools about regulation, contracts or investments give general orientation only. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
- Updates. We review articles when the underlying facts change. When an article is substantially revised, the updated date is shown at the top of the page.
- AI in our own work. We may use AI tools during research and drafting, in the same way we recommend to readers: as an assistant whose output is checked and edited by a person before publication.
How the tools handle your data
All tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers and text you enter are processed on your own device and are not sent to our server or to any AI provider. The tools work without an account and do not store your inputs.
